Teenagers or youngsters nowadays have more interest on the use of gadgets like mobile phones,Ipads, tablets and many more .
Most of their time is spent browsing over Facebook, Instagram,Twitter etc. and even playing games.
Due to this trend among millennials , careful attention and communication should be done by parents and guardians to their children.
The use of this gadgets have effects on health,emotional and social aspects of a person . With gadget use ,they tend to be solitary, they play by themselves, don't talk and mingle with other people including love ones. They are unable to express how they fall. To the extent of even destroying the eyes causing blurring and decreased visual activity.
Furthermore, with internet access teenagers can go to prohibited websites that may cause problems like pornography.
Supervision then by parents and guardians is the key to preventing problems with use of gadgets by millennials.
Screening of websites to be used and allotting a time limit for internet use may help . Emphasizing the use of gadgets ,it's advantages and disadvantages helps in the understanding of a teenager to become a responsible gadget and social media user.

I never imagined and expected that a sudden change in our class schedule would be happening at the First Quarter of  S.Y 2018-2019. The morning and afternoon shift for Grade 9 and 10 students created a big impact and change in the school life of every Ilocos Sur National High school for the teachers, students and school general . Teachers time  and schedule as to be arranged and student classroom lackings be addressed. In the beginning of the schedule , it made me hard of a little to adjust because of a later time to got to school as well as finishing classes at 7:00 in the evening. It also interrupted problem of getting wet and sick of there is a heavy rain pour after classes. But all of this situations and circumstances did not hinder my determination to study.
