Teachers are the backbone of a country as they dedicate their whole life is to make us educated and good human beings .

     In today’s age teachers are called as “sir”, “Ma’am”, “Madam” and “guro”. To give tribute to our teachers we celebrate Teacher’s Day every Fifth of September every year. This  is done to show gratitude and acknowledge the role of teachers in a student’s life, primarily in molding the personality of a person.
    Schools in our country finds a way to celebrate Teacher’s Day by organizing some activities like games, competitions of singing, dancing and acting. On this occasion , students offer flowers ,greeting cards or some special gifts to their favorite teachers to show their affection and respect towards their teachers.
    A teacher’s role in a students life can never be underestimated. A teacher is responsible for taking his students towards the height of success and make us a good person with lots of good qualities.
    We can never pay  a teacher’s favor that has given to us and by making us educated person, responsible citizen  of the nation and a good responsible and a good human being but we should thank them by celebrating Teacher’s Day in such a manner that they can feel proud on.

Victory : The Product of Patience and Determination

I never imagined and expected that a sudden change in our class schedule would be happening at the First Quarter of  S.Y 2018-2019. The morning and afternoon shift for Grade 9 and 10 students created a big impact and change in the school life of every Ilocos Sur National High school for the teachers, students and school general . Teachers time  and schedule as to be arranged and student classroom lackings be addressed. In the beginning of the schedule , it made me hard of a little to adjust because of a later time to got to school as well as finishing classes at 7:00 in the evening. It also interrupted problem of getting wet and sick of there is a heavy rain pour after classes. But all of this situations and circumstances did not hinder my determination to study. I applied time management and gone body clock for waking up. I needed to do this because of other requirements needed to be submitted before the deadline. Christmas is a festival celebrated by everyone in the entire world. It brings joy and happiness for all. It is a time for prayers and meditation, a time to eat , drink and be merry. Children waits for their gifts from Santa Claus. Apart from the enjoyment felt this season we should understand the true essence of these occasions.
